Wandering The Keweenaw

The Keweenaw Peninsula, which stretches into Lake Superior, is the northernmost point in Michigan - a true “end of the road” place where US Hwy 41 starts it 1990 mile trek south just outside the tiny town of Copper Harbor.

Today I wandered 130 miles of the peninsula’s backroads, starting in Hancock, then up to Copper Harbor and back. Beautiful day on the peninsula, with some great scenery!
