It sure would be nice if all my days on the road were sunny, maybe mid 70s, with lots to see and do - but reality dictates that you have some not so perfect days, so that the you appreciate the good stuff. The first five days of this trip have featured the "not so good" - cold (in the teens, and two days when it never got above freezing), sleet and ice (I racked up a year's worth of driving on ice in just two days). The cold also put a real damper on my outdoor activities and picture taking. Tomorrow's forecast is for a sunny 65 - if that happens, you might finally see some photos and I will get a little walking in.
