Long & Straight

Crossed into the northwest corner of Nevada - lots of wide open space with arrow straight roads. On one 100 mile stretch, when I was 10mph under the speed limit, only 2 cars and 2 motorcycles passed us - it was pretty quiet! At the end of the day we found a nice campground - up at 7,200 feet so it might get a little cool tonight.

I saw Map Share and saw the direction you are headed. With you aviation background I am sure you enjoyed the aviation museums. The pictures above don't look like you are at 7,200 so you must have driven all the way to the mountain?

Tons of it! Signs all over designating "Your Public Lands" - also a surprising number of free campsites out west, we're in a free National Park CG tonight.
