Look at the MapShare page and you will notice we didn't make much forward progress today (108 total miles but less than 20 closer to Alaska). We took a little zig because the Fort St. James National Historic Site looked interesting - and because that's what we do, always look for an excuse to Take The Long Way.
On the banks of Stuart Lake we found a Hudson's Bay Company fort as it would have been in 1896. We walked around the grounds and were greeted by very knowledgable costumed interpreters at each building - these folks really knew their stuff.
After our workout - you know this traveln' is hard work, right? - we decided a snack was in order, luckily Little Jimmy Fry's was just down the road.
No double dipping.
